We are currently providing our dumpsters and hauling services to the renovation of a Bank of America in Clermont, Florida. Several of our 20-yard roll-off dumpsters are at the construction site, along with portable toilets. We haul these dumpsters multiples times each week to ensure that the debris is being recycled efficiently.
The Bank of America being remodeled is located at 690 East Highway 50 in Clermont, Florida. A division of the Orlando—Kissimmee—Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area, Clermont is located in Lake County and has a population of over 30,000. Their healthy economy is primarily due to the tourism and retail trade that comes with being an Orlando suburb. The Florida Citrus Tower, located in Clermont, is one of Florida’s first constructed landmarks and is almost 60 years old.
Our roll-off dumpsters, which are shaped like rectangles, are built to be both durable and strong. They are bigger than front-load dumpsters and open at the top—this allows workers to dispose of the construction debris with ease. As opposed to dumpsters that are meant to stay on-site for extended periods of time, roll-off dumpsters have wheels attached to the bottom so they can be hauled frequently and easily. These dumpsters can be used for projects of all kinds, including residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Foshee Construction Company, Inc. is the contractor in charge of the Bank of America remodel. Foshee is considered one of the premiere licensed, full-service site development contractors in Central Florida. They have been in the earthwork and utility services business for over 40 years, and are recognized not only for their work in construction but also for their philanthropic efforts.
Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Bank of America is thought of as one of the “Big Four” banks in the United States—this group also includes Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo. Bank of America provides their banking and financial services to over 50 million consumers with 16,000 ATMs and 5,000 banking centers. It is the twenty-first largest company in total revenue and the second largest bank holding company in assets in the U.S.
We are thrilled to be working with such esteemed businesses in the Orlando area.
