An Orlando Sam’s Club is currently undergoing renovations by Cleveland Construction overseen by Aagaard-Juergensen, a local business with over 40 years of practice. The interior and exterior renovations are expected to take about three months after the groundbreaking on September 8.
The changes to the store are anticipated to improve the shopping experience for its customers as the pharmacy, bathrooms, snack bar, deli, bakery, and floor undergo construction. Upon the project’s completion, Sam’s Club will also feature a new parking lot consistent with ADA standards. The store will remain open through the bulk of the work, but measures will be in place to limit shopper exposure in an effort to ensure safety and maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
Sam’s Club is a major American retailer that boasts low prices for items in bulk with their slogan, “Savings made simple.” The chain is owned by Walmart. While anyone can shop at the Sam’s Club pharmacy and café, only membership holders can make purchases from all departments of the store. The warehouse-style retailer offers a variety of products and services, so shoppers can meet almost all of their needs at one location.
While the project is underway, three 30-yard dumpsters, provided by Sunshine Recycling of Orlando, will be available on-site to accommodate the large-scale waste that is expected to result from the demolition as well as construction. While a 10 or 20-yard dumpster will accommodate renovations on a private home, commercial projects are far more demanding in their waste removal. We will empty the containers as needed. Because we specialize in construction debris, the choice to use these dumpsters guarantees that much of the waste will not end up in landfills. We also offer residential services in addition to dumpsters for commercial use in Central Florida. Call (407) 843-7990 for more information.
